How Can I Help?
Depending on how long you've been a newsletter subscriber, you have read a lot about me. You've heard about some ups, and lately, about a bunch of downs. Yet, you are still here. Thank you. Grief and depression gave me tunnel vision and I was unintentionally selfish for a while.
How can I help you?
Please hit "Reply" if you have been wanting to share happy or sad news. Let me know if you have ever clicked on one of these and said "I wish she was covering...". Let me know if I can help promote a post you are really proud of or something else for you. Seriously. How can I help? You, by simply being a subscriber, are a huge supporter. Thank you and let me know how I can reciprocate.
And in case you open these hoping for juicy life updates from me, here is a quick summary of my now. I seem to have come out of a pretty long spell of depression. I thought I was just sad, but it was deeper than that. My giggles were gone. Life felt sucky even on good days. But now I have a little of my bounce back. I am enjoying having energy. I have even started going over to a new neighbor friend's house consistently to do some basic weight lifting and body toning exercises for about an hour each time. We may not be besties yet, but we both seem to appreciate having an accountability partner.
